Here's an interesting one - A Figher's Nova: Mindara is using AAA talent formerly at major studios Ubisoft, Betheesda and Ishtar. With an anime aesthetic, JRPG base and some intriguing real-time tag-team fighting action, it caught my attention and so I bring it to you!
About the Game
A Fighter’s Nova: Mindara is a narrative JRPG that blends exploration, progression, and storytelling with fast-paced, skill-based fighting game combat. Players follow Maya, a teenage martial artist, and Mindara, a mysterious wolf-man driven by revenge, as they journey toward a legendary tournament hidden within a mystical city.
When combat begins, the experience shifts into intense fighting encounters where timing, execution, and mastery are key. Each fight is directly tied to the narrative, reinforcing the game’s core identity.
The Kickstarter includes digital and physical copies of the game alongside exclusive goodies and in-game items up for grabs, so you can check the launch campaign out here - if you're quick, Early Bird prices are available for the first 48 hours.
