Described as being the perfect blend of ‘Solo Leveling and Jujutsu Kaisen’ with an ‘incredible looking’ art style, Call Me Lord Eerie Bailiff is predicted to be the next upcoming hit series.

Adapted from the popular web novel ‘Please Call Me Ghost Messenger’ authored by Xu Erjia's Cat, Big Firebird Culture Media is producing the long-awaited donghua in association with Tencent Video. While no official release date has yet been announced, it’s expected to premiere in late 2026 exclusively on Tencent.

Synopsis:

Set in a grim post-apocalyptic world where the sun no longer exists, ‘Call Me Lord Eerie Bailiff’ is a dark fantasy Chinese animated series. It follows protagonist ‘Wang Ye’, an ordinary man chosen by the Mysterious Post Office to deliver mail to spirits.

Upon being selected as an ‘Eerie Bailiff’, Ye must strengthen his powers by solving supernatural cases and journey with the Tian Group in a quest to uncover the truth behind the Eternal Night and save humanity from the war of light and darkness.
