Mobile Suit Gundam UC has finally arrived on UK streaming service Netflix. A seven-part OAV originally released in 2010 on Playstation Network Japan on PS3 and PSP.

Directed by Kazuhiro Furuhashi, who is well-respected for his run on Rurouni Kenshin and Hunter x Hunter among many, many others, the series also features mecha design work by Hajime Katoki (Mecha designer for the novel) who is joined by veterans Junya Ishigaki and Mika Akitaka, as well as newcomer Nobuhiko Genba.

The series was popular enough that when Odaiba's impressive 1:1 scale Gundam RX-1 was removed, it was replaced by a transforming Gundam Unicorn statue.
