Goodsmile has announced that a new "CommMode" feature will be added to the game that will allow players to interact with their favourite characters in Nekopara Sekai Connect (aka NekoConne) on mobile, which the company is jointly developing with NEO WORKs.
This new mode will enable adorable interactions with the game's catgirls through interactive gestures such as petting the screen, which should land just in time for the Steam version of the game which has been announced for Autumn (Wishlist here). Whether you're playing on mobile or PC, it's a fun way to pass the time.

While we're here, the game has also added a new catgirl Bavarois,” from Gertrude Cat Academy. At the same time, a special “Pickup Gacha” featuring increased drop rates for “Bavarois” will also be available.

The rhythm game mode will debut the music video for the brand-new song “The Bouquet I Longed For,” performed by Bavarois (CV: Rie Takahashi) and Ak dut (CV: Reina Ueda). To coincide with the event, an Event Pass and limited-time login bonus campaign will also be available.
Clearing event quests will unlock an event-exclusive original story. Enjoy a heartfelt tale of laughter, tears, and friendship as the catgirls connect worlds together!
In the limited-time event costume shop, new outfits for Bavarois, Ak dut, and Cookie themed around June brides will be available for purchase too.
