Following on from the successful release of a number of live-action One Piece Lego sets, it appears the legendary Straw Hats are getting their own animated Lego adventure. This seems like a very smart way to keep the audience engaged with the popular cast, all of which return to reprise their roles.
Described as "the almost true story of Usopp the brave" it looks like we're in for an exaggerated tale from the series' biggest fantasist.
The 2-part special will re-tell the story so far from Usopp's point of view, starting on September 29th.
Now I need to hunt down some One Piece Lego...
