A new streaming service focussing on independent Japanese cinema has launched, where films can be bought or rented.
The service aims to present "quality Japanese independent films to a worldwide audience, with as few filters as possible to the filmmakers". Sakka also includes short Q&As with directors and some reflections on the films available through their service. The number of films are limited at the moment and not all are available in the UK, but it's still a great way to find unusual films that aren't otherwise accessible.
