Neptunia returns with Hyperspace Neptunia Unlimited, the next canonical RPG in the series to feature the Gameindustri gals, the first since Megadimension Neptunia VII in 2016. We've enjoyed a lot of games in the series, even taking inspiration from Purple-Heart with one of our site mascot Mizuki's designs back in the 2010's.
With the story taking a doomsday scenario and requiring Neptunia to repeat battles after each failure, sounds like an element of roguelike may have snuck in, a first for the series.
About the game:
Producer, Hikaru Yasui, and beloved Neptunia Illustrator, Tsunako, are back with the next chapter for Gamindustri and the Neptunia universe. The self-referential Goddesses, Neptune, Noire, Blanc, and Vert, are back again to save the parallel worlds alongside a returning cast of familiar faces and some new friends as well, including Rouge/Red Heart, Ciel/Blue Heart, and Anna + Lotte/Eclipse Heart.
The game will be released on the PlayStation®4, PlayStation®5, Nintendo Switch™, Nintendo Switch™ 2, and Steam® in 2027.

The Story:
When the first asteroid struck, the end of the world followed. As despair consumed all, only the Goddess Neptune was left behind in a white void.
A mysterious voice began to guide her, and she discovered numbers etched upon her cheek.
This mark signalled Neptune's new challenge against Doomsday.
She activated a "retry," and thus began her loop of endings and beginnings.
Neptune encounters new allies and enemies and must overcome countless defeats as she and her friends confront the true Doomsday.

Freely change your favorite Goddesses' colors, attach fun accessories wherever you like (including the size, positioning, and color), strengthen Processor Unit equipment found in dungeons that boost stats, and craft with the classic Disc Make that helps Goddesses achieve new abilities. Did we forget to mention that you can change Purple Heart’s wings orange!?
New Flavors with the Same Nep Wackiness – The renowned Neptunia illustrator, Tsunako, is back and envisions the world of Neptunia once again with brand new illustrations, as well as newly designed Goddesses that old fans and new will love!
